Disclosure on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Personal data protection code (hereinafter, also the “Privacy Code”).
A. Scope of data processing
Salini Impregilo Spa (hereinafter, also referred to as the “Company” or the “Owner”) with registered office in Milan, Via Dei Missaglia, 97, pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code containing “Provisions for the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data”, hereby notifies you that the personal data you have voluntarily provided shall be processed only for the following purposes:

Without prejudice to the individual's personal autonomy and the provisions of paragraph E below, the release by the user of his/her personal data marked with an asterisk (*), for the purpose detailed at paragraph A1, is mandatory because in its absence the Company would not be fully or partly able to forward the Newsletter to him/her, whereas it is optional with respect to the aims detailed in paragraph A2, for which there are no consequences should the user decide to refuse his/her consent to the use of the data other than the impossibility of informing him/her about commercial and promotional initiatives.
C. Data processing place and methods
The processing linked to this website's web services takes place at the Company's premises.
Personal data shall be processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. Specific security measures shall be complied with in order to prevent the loss, unlawful or incorrect use of the data and their unauthorised access.
D. Scope of communication of personal data
The personal data provided by the User when filling in the “Newsletter” section on the Company's website may be forwarded in Italy and in EU countries only for the purpose stated at paragraph A of this document to the following subjects:

The Data Controller is the Corporate Identity and Communications organisational unit, domiciled for the performance of its duties at the registered office of the Company, at the aforementioned address, which the user may contact to exercise the rights under Article 7 of the Code (see Annex to this document).
The updated list of Data Controllers, as well as of any System Administrators that may process employee Personal Data in the performance of their duties is available upon request at the registered office of the aforementioned Company.
G. Rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code:
Article 7. Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The Data Subject is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, even when such data are yet to be recorded, and to receive them in an understandable format.
2. The User is entitled to receive information about: a) the source of his/her personal data; b) the purpose and the method of their processing; c) the logic applied for any electronic processing; d) identification details of the Owner, the Controllers and the Appointed Representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or classes of subjects to whom personal data may be notified or who may become aware of such data as Appointed Representative at national level, Controllers or Processors.
3. The User is entitled to:
a) the updating, rectification or, should he/she so require, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in breach of the law, including data that do not need to be stored with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; c) the certification that the processes described in a) and b) were notified, also with respect to their content, to the individuals to whom data were notified or disclosed, except for the case where notification proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected.
4. The Data Subject is entitled to fully or partly object: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even when such data pertain to the scope of the collection; b) the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or the performance of market research or commercial communication.
