SALINI MAGAZINE - WE BUILD VALUE

This is one of the few issues on which Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump agree. The Democratic candidate is promising $500 billion as part of a direct investment programme over the next five years. The Republican claims that he will create a fund of $1 trillion. The reality, say the experts, is that action needs to be taken before it is too late.
